TASTING NOTES

Production

Before soft pressing, the must remains in contact with the skins for around 6 hours, followed by fermentation and a long ageing on its own lees.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Golden yellow in colour, with a unique aromatic complexity: hints of ripe fruit, aromas of rose and lychee, and an elegant finish of acacia honey. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, mineral and slightly spicy.

Occasion and Pairing

It pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes, molluscs and dishes from the Middle East.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 10–12°C.

Allergens: Solfiti
