The colour is a lively, deep straw yellow. On the nose, it opens with apple and white peach, finishing with a pleasant minty note and hints of lemon balm. On the palate, it perfectly mirrors the nose, with the characteristic savoury note that is the hallmark of Terlano wines. The finish is long and persistent.
A wine which, whilst displaying its elegance, is not shy about accompanying a simple pizza, a tomato pasta dish or penne all’arrabbiata. As an aperitif, it pairs well with rosemary focaccia or variegata focaccia, Parmesan and pecorino.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 12–14°C.
