The grapes undergo a rosé vinification, followed by aging on the lees for 24-30 months as required by the regulations. After disgorgement, it is aged for an additional 2 years.

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it shows a particularly rich and persistent mousse, with a bright and luminous salmon color. The Arunda Rosé is pleasantly fruity, creamy, and vinous on the palate, elegant and balanced—a special delight for the summer season.

Occasion and Pairing

Ideal for an outdoor aperitif.

THE WINERY

Arunda

The history of the Arunda winery began in 1979, when Josef Reiterer started the production of ten thousand bottles of sparkling wine in the heart of Alto Adige, at a time when no other winery in the area produced it exclusively. This peculiarity immediately determined the success of the Arunda winery, which focuses its production using the classic method of the second fermentation of each bottle through the introduction of selected sugars and yeasts. Although Josef Perler was more inclined to build a distillery at first, he had to give in to his wife's wishes. Her correct intuition gave rise to a production that combines tradition and modernity. Even today, Perler jokingly says: "You know, women prefer pearls: and perlage it was!" The innovation, care and passion that you will find in every bottle will give you a taste of the best-loved and most authentic side of Alto Adige, and will introduce you to a whole new world of aromas.
