The Vermouth Dopo Teatro takes its name from the all-Savoia tradition of enjoying a glass of Vermouth in the evening, especially after attending a theatre performance. The After Theatre recipe features mugwort, together with rhubarb, quassia wood and a double infusion of cinchona. The hallmark that makes this Vermouth unique is the addition of Barolo Chinato to the blend, which gives it ruby-coloured reflections and an additional round, enveloping note.
