Farina is a company that was founded in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region, a land where wine-making has been a mainstay since time immemorial. Thanks to the passion for wine, the Farina family's heritage, sustainable viticulture and modern technology, today Alessandro, Claudio and Elena produce wines that fully interpret the strength of the land and tradition with an eye on innovation. Part of the renowned type of red wine that reflects the aromas and flavours of the territory is Valpolicella Le Pezze, a fresh-tasting, young and immediately pleasant wine. Made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Dindarella grapes vinified and refined in stainless steel, it presents a bright ruby colour in the glass. On the nose it is delicate, with aromas of red fruit, tart cherry and raspberry. The palate is balanced, with flavours of jam fruit and soft tannin. Perfect to drink throughout light meals and with quick snacks.
