Production

Valpolicella Classico DOC is a red wine made from 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 10% Molinara. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by destemming and crushing, and fermentation with temperature-controlled maceration. It is aged in stainless steel for 4 months and then for a short period in the bottle. Nutritional values: Per 100 ml 75 kJ / 18 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Visually, it is ruby red with violet hues. On the nose, fruity aromas such as cherry emerge, along with floral notes of violet and a slightly spicy finish. On the palate, it is full-bodied, velvety and dry, with great depth and elegance.

Occasion and Pairing

Perfect for everyday drinking and paired with cured meats and light meat-based starters.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 12–14°C.

In 2012 the SRC Vini winery was born from an idea of Rori, Cinzia and Sandra wine lovers and lovers of the territory of the northern side of Etna, with the project of creating a wine that respects and reflects the territory of the Sicilian island. The acronym means exactly "Being there", defining the very nature of the wines produced that exactly reflect the territory of origin.
