TASTING NOTES

The Classic Rosé Cuvée Method is a spumante Classic Method resulting from a slight maceration of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese grapes and Barbera. Grapes that normally compose the red wines of the area here give life to an original and elegant bubble. Two years of aging in bottle on the lees of fermentation form a very fine wine with a pale pink color, bright and bright. The bubbles are subtle and constant in the glass. The nose traces a red profile, fresh and pleasantly fruity. There are also hints of rose and the characteristic notes of the refermentation in bottle. A sparkling wine that tastes of spring. Refined aperitif, perfect in combination with fish dishes even of a certain structure. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 10/12 ºC.
