TASTING NOTES

The Ronchedone in particular is a vino rosso veneto born from Marzemino and Sangiovese, plus a small balance of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines, fermented in stainless steel, age in barriques for 14 months. Another 10 will pass in glass before marketing. Ronchedone is a powerful, captivating wine. Concentrated blueberry and plum, cherry jam and balsamic and spicy puffs. Consistent and vibrant sip. Excellent in combination with red meat, but also a sauce made with love. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 14/16 ºC.
