Duca di Dolle is a young company situated in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. It produces a range of Proseccos which have already established themselves on the market thanks to their authentic characteristics. Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry ‘EXD’ is a sparkling wine that epitomises the balance between sweetness and acidity that comes from the Glera grape, the symbolic variety of the Prosecco designation, together with a small percentage of other local varieties. Following harvesting by hand and the pressing of the grapes, the must first undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks and then a second fermentation in pressure tanks in accordance with the Martinotti method. A light straw yellow in colour with a fine and persistent perlage, this sparkling wine is extremely pleasant and versatile. The aromas are reminiscent of fruit and white flowers with mineral accents in a context of delicate elegance. It is very pleasing on the palate with a light sweetness and a persistent perlage. This wine brings a refreshing spark of cheer to aperitif time on warm summer evenings.
