The Pico Maccario winery is located in Piedmont, in the hills of Monferrato: a dynamic reality that interprets the grape varieties with a modern and territorial style. Piemonte Sauvignon Anima Mia is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown in company vineyards and vinified with great care to enhance their aromatic profile. Piedmontese white wine obtained from a selection of grapes in the vineyard and fermentation in steel.
Bright straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights, on the nose it expresses an intense and aromatic bouquet with notes of exotic fruit, citrus, sage and tomato leaf, accompanied by light mineral nuances. It is striking for its vivacity and varietal typicality. Pico Maccario's Piemonte Sauvignon Anima Mia is fresh and vibrant on the palate, with a marked acidity and good structure. The finish is persistent and aromatic, with elegant herbaceous and citrusy calls.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs very well with fish dishes, shellfish, fresh appetizers and vegetarian preparations. Also excellent with fresh cheeses and goats.
