Monti Lessini Durello La Gaia is produced with 100% Durella grapes, autochthonous grape of the Lessini Mountains, Metodo Classico Riserva sparkling wine that referments 60 months in bottle. The harvested grapes are pressed whole and fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The sparkling base is then assembled in winter, and remains in the tank to rest until the moment of draw. For the reserve base the assembly is a selection of the best tanks. During the tirage the wine makes the second fermentation in the bottle, in a controlled environment, after which the wine remains with yeast for a period of 60 months. After disgorgement the wine rests at least 3 months before consumption. Straw yellow tending to golden, fine and persistent perlage, on the nose bread crust, vanilla and ripe fruit. On the palate the aroma of yeasts gives way to a unique feeling of freshness. Unique the feeling of cleanliness in the mouth that leaves on the finish. This Durello Spumante goes perfectly with white meat, fried or grilled fish, seafood, gives a special touch to any party. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 8/10 ºC.
