Lugana Brolettino is made from the autochthonous Turbiana grape, harvested at full ripeness towards the middle of October. After a harvest and selection of the best grapes, the vinification takes place in steel and completed in barrique, followed by aging in barrique for 10 months followed by 3 months in bottle. The mouthfeel is fully evident in all its complexity: the nose shows hints of ripe fruit such as peaches, yellow apples, fleshy roses with fresh and balsamic notes. The palate is enveloped by a strong attack while maintaining all its freshness and elegance. The full structure is accompanied by a characteristic flavor, which cleans the palate leaving delicate and intense aromas. Ideal for winter soups, legumes and pasta with white sauces, medium-aged cheeses and shellfish. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 10/12 ºC.
