For the founder of the Cigliuti winery, the secret of the family wine lies in the land where the vines are cultivated. Where the soil faces south-west, and has a more limestone composition, Docetto and Nebbiolo are cultivated, while in the south-eastern, clay-rich part, Barbera is grown.
