Spinetta is a company of great Italian prestige that has founded its roots in two important Italian regions, Piedmont and Tuscany. From the eighties the company began to work also with red berried grapes: Barbera, Barbaresco and Nebbiolo, respecting the terroir and carefully working some cru to produce excellent Piedmontese red wines. The project then continues in the 2000s in Tuscany with Casanova della Spinetta, growing Sangiovese. Langhe Bianco comes from a wonderful vineyard rich in calcium carbonate of Sauvignon Blanc grapes with unique characteristics. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, second pass and subsequent aging for about 18 months. Aging in bottle for about 6 months. Notes of grapefruit and tomato leaves sound in counterpoint with flint. In the mouth it is consistent but fresh, with a precious minerality and an acidity that entices. Ideal in combination with fried egg with asparagus or rabbit tuna. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 10/12 ºC.
