Segnana è una distilleria storica del Trentino che dal 1860 lavora attraverso materie prime di qualità per produrre distillati di qualità. Dopo oltre un secolo di storia i fratelli Lunelli, nel 1982, divenuti i principali conferitori di vinacce grazie all’attività della prestigiosa casa spumantistica Ferrari, acquisirono la distilleria inaugurando il suo moderno successo. La grappa collezione Solera Segnana è sicuramente il distillato di punta dell’azienda, prodotta attraverso la distillazione di uve Chardonnay e Pinot Nero destinati alla produzione di Metodo Classico Ferrari e affinata in barrique attraverso il metodo Solera per molto tempo. È il prodotto ideale per gli amanti dei distillati affinati in legno, che esprimono aromi tipici e una morbidezza evidente. Al calice notiamo un colore ambrato intenso, mentre al naso spiccano sentori speziati, frutta secca, pasticceria e agrumi. In bocca è calda, avvolgente e di grande persistenza ed equilibrio. Segnana

Segnana has succeeded in reinventing grappa, making it a modern distillate of singular charm in its blend of history and innovation. In 1982, the company was taken over by the Lunelli family, producers of Ferrari sparkling wines. This was a natural step, since the Lunellis were among the most important pomace suppliers. Segnana grappa is partly made from pomace obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes used to make Ferrari, which are rich in must and aromas. This is the strong bond that marks the relationship between Trentino and the Lunelli family. A love that stems from the production of great grapes that are transformed into Ferrari Trentodoc sparkling wines and Segnana distillates, two symbols of the territory in the world, which consecrate the cult of uncompromising quality.
