Franciacorta Rosé Camouflage from Bariselli is made from a careful selection of Pinot Noir grapes, grown in its own vineyards in the heart of Franciacorta. The harvest is manual and the grapes are vinified with a short maceration on the skins, necessary to give the wine its characteristic pink color and a more structured aromatic profile. Fermentation takes place in steel, followed by the setting of foam according to the Classic Method, with a long stay on the bottled yeasts that enriches the wine with complexity and finesse. The Rosé Brut dosage enhances balance, freshness and varietal identity. E=100 ml: 294 KJ/ 71 kcal
