Bariselli’s Franciacorta Brut Camouflage is produced in the heart of Franciacorta from selected grapes grown in the estate’s own vineyards, cultivated with respect for the natural balance of the land. The blend is predominantly Chardonnay, with a touch of Pinot Noir, harvested by hand and gently pressed to preserve finesse and elegance. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel, whilst the second fermentation follows the Metodo Classico, with a long secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended ageing on the lees, which imparts complexity and structure. The Brut dosage enhances the wine’s expressive purity and freshness. E=100 ml: 305 kJ / 73 kcal
Visually, it presents a brilliant straw-yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, elegant notes of citrus, green apple and white-fleshed fruit emerge, accompanied by hints of bread crust, yeast and light floral nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a creamy effervescence, good savouriness and a balanced, persistent finish that invites you to take another sip.
A versatile and refined Franciacorta, ideal as an aperitif but also throughout a meal. It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, sushi, delicate pasta dishes and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
