Franciacorta Brut Camouflage di Bariselli is born in the heart of Franciacorta from selected grapes from its own vineyards, grown in accordance with the natural balance of the territory. The blend is composed predominantly of Chardonnay, with a contribution of Pinot Noir, hand-picked and softly pressed to preserve finesse and elegance. The first fermentation takes place in steel, while the foam setting follows the Classical Method, with a long refermentation in the bottle and a prolonged aging on the yeasts, which gives complexity and structure. It appears bright straw yellow and has a fine, persistent perlage. Elegant notes of citrus, green apple and white-fleshed fruit emerge on the nose, accompanied by hints of bread crust, yeast and light floral nuances. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with a creamy bubble, good flavour and a balanced and persistent closure, which invites you to take the next sip.
Versatile and refined Franciacorta, ideal as an aperitif but also for a full meal. It pairs perfectly with dishes based on fish, shellfish, sushi, delicate first courses and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
To best appreciate its freshness and finesse, a serving temperature of 6/8°C is recommended.
