TASTING NOTES

The Lini 910 winery was founded in 1910 in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. Over 100 years of history, which have seen Lambrusco develop into a wine of excellence. Metodo Classico Lambrusco Gran Cuvée is a sparkling white wine made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes by white vinification. Produced by the Metodo Classico, with ageing in the bottle, it is a pale straw yellow colour in the glass and has a lively and persistent perlage. A dry, sparkling wine, medium warm and soft, its strength lies in its freshness. The flavour is soft and rich, well defined by notes of yellow fruit and freshly baked brioches. Long length. A perfect wine to accompany traditionally Italian, strongly flavoured and tasty dishes, including oven-cooked pork chops or freshly seared salmon. It pairs well with poultry and white meats in general.

More than 100 years of history that have seen every change in the world of wine, especially Lambrusco, which is experiencing a renaissance in recent years. The winery wanted to make it a wine of excellence, skilfully elaborating it through the Metodo Classico, which has always been a passion of the family, alongside more traditional sparkling wines that are just as surprising when produced in the Emilian context, such as Pinot Noir.
