After the death of his brother, Franck Pascal decided to take over a small family farm, gradually converting it to biodynamic cultivation. It is from this initial project that, together with his wife Isabelle, he decided to expand his dowry as a viticulturist and began to produce Champagne, through total rejection of pesticides, herbicides and other artificial chemicals.
