TASTING NOTES

A Chianti Classico with a markedly territorial character and consistent with the Tuscan wine history, therefore using only Sangiovese and Canaiolo, cultivated on soils composed of calcareous marl and galestro, aged for 7 months in French oak barriques of second passage and in bottle for another 7 months, before being put on the market. The wine has a ruby red color, brilliant and able to move with agility in the glass, opening in aromas ranging from violet to small red fruits, with a spicy touch of rosemary and pepper. The mouthfeel is fresh, consistent with the nose and supported by a lively and perfectly integrated tannin, thanks to the balanced and non-invasive use of wood, with a savory and dry finish that invites you to return to the tasting over and over again. Ideal as a drink every day, for this vino rosso toscano is highly recommended traditional pairing with grilled red meats and medium aged cheeses. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 16/18 ºC.
