Dom Pérignon’s Rosé Brut Vintage Champagne is produced exclusively in vintages deemed exceptional and represents one of the Maison’s most daring and captivating expressions. It is the result of a skilful blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a proportion of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine, which lends structure, intensity and the characteristic rosé colour. The grapes come from the finest Grand and Premier Crus of Champagne and are harvested by hand at perfect ripeness. Vinification is carried out with extreme precision, plot by plot, whilst the second fermentation follows the Méthode Champenoise, with a very long ageing on the lees that allows the wine to develop complexity, depth and an extraordinary capacity for evolution. The Brut dosage is calibrated to express balance, elegance and character. E(100): 314 kJ/75 kcal
Visually, it presents an intense, luminous pink colour, with a very fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it is deep and complex, with aromas of ripe red fruits such as wild strawberries, raspberries and cherries, accompanied by notes of blood orange, delicate spices, dried flowers and subtle smoky undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with creamy bubbles, vibrant freshness and an intense, enveloping flavour profile. The finish is exceptionally long, elegant and persistent, with fruity and spicy notes that highlight its great personality.
An iconic and highly prestigious rosé champagne, ideal for special occasions and important celebrations. It pairs magnificently with haute cuisine dishes, fine shellfish, refined white meats, substantial fish and complex gastronomic creations. Also extraordinary as a meditation wine.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
