TASTING NOTES

Production

Dom Pérignon's Brut Vintage Rosé Champagne is created exclusively in exceptional vintages and represents one of the Maison's most daring and captivating expressions. It's the result of a clever blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a percentage of Pinot Noir vinified in red, which adds structure, intensity, and the characteristic pink color. The grapes come from the best Grand and Premier Cru in Champagne and are harvested manually at perfect ripeness. Winemaking takes place with extreme precision, plot by plot, while the froth setting follows the Champenois Method, with a very long aging on the yeasts that allows the wine to develop complexity, depth and an extraordinary evolutionary capacity. The Brut dosage is calibrated to express balance, elegance and character.

Organoleptic Characteristics

It appears to be a deep, bright pink color, crossed by a very fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it is deep and complex, with aromas of ripe red fruits such as wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, accompanied by notes of blood citrus, delicate spices, dried flowers and light smoky nuances. On the palate it is broad and structured, with a creamy bubble, a vibrant freshness and an intense and enveloping taste texture. The ending is very long, elegant and persistent, with fruity and spicy returns that enhance its great personality.

Occasion and Pairing

Iconic and highly prestigious rosé champagne, ideal for special occasions and important moments of celebration. It pairs beautifully with haute cuisine, noble shellfish, refined white meats, structured fish and complex gastronomic preparations. Also extraordinary as a meditation wine.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its complexity, structure and elegance, a service temperature of 8/10°C is recommended.
