TASTING NOTES

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Bossanova consists of 100% Abruzzo Montepulciano grapes, grown at an altitude of 200 meters s.l.m. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and vinified in rose with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. The wine ages for 8 months in vitrified cement tanks and is bottled without clarification, without filtration and with a very low dose of sulfites. In the glass it is bright cherry red. The olfactory profile is characterized by fragrant aromas of cherry, red currant, raspberry, wild strawberries, pomegranate and spicy nuances. On the broad, soft and juicy palate is a rosé wine with a gastronomic style that goes very well with pasta with tasty sauces, salami, white meat and fish guazzetti. Try it with pizza. To fully appreciate its style, this Cerasuolo should be served at a serving temperature of 10/12 ºC.
