THE WINERY

San Salvatore

The San Salvatore winery extends in a magical and uncontaminated place in the mountains at the foot of Mount Calpazio, where Nature takes the most important decisions and in winter you meet the rigidity of snow. In this place the vineyards grow protected on a layer of clay, while the sea breeze rises to give minerality. All the products of the San Salvatore winery are an interpretation of the terroir in which they are born: 160 hectares divided between vineyards, orchards, olive groves, woods and buffalo farms. A journey that starts from the sea and the temples of Paestum, continuing on the hills of Giungano to the mountains of Stio. The winery works in full respect of the environment in an organic cultivation, with the desire to give plants the best quality of life possible to make them express their character, without forgetting that the life of the vineyard is longer than that of man. Name and address manufacturer/distributor: Azienda Agricola San Salvatore -Contrada Zerilli, 84075 - Stio (SA). The products of this cellar should be stored in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
