This Red Bolgheri stands out for its deep, bright red color, with purple highlights. On the nose, the aromatic bouquet is rich and complex, with hints of berries, jam, plum and purple that intertwine with notes of roasted coffee, tobacco and leather. The finish is soft, with delicate vanilla tones. On the palate, there is a perfect balance between the powerful structure and the finesse of the sip, enriched by well-present tannins and a slightly balsamic aftertaste.
A versatile wine, capable of accompanying refined dishes based on red meat and game.
To fully appreciate its style, Le Difese should be served at a serving temperature of 18/20°C.
