Pratto represents a challenge that the winery sought to embrace, breaking away from conventional norms whilst maintaining respect for the terroir. A late harvest in which the aim was to blend Turbiana with Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The aromatic character of the latter, vinified in steel, the softness of the Chardonnay and the finesse of the Turbiana (aged in wood) come together harmoniously in a white wine of great charm, as fresh and immediate as it is textured and deep. 100 ml: E = 319 kJ / 77 kcal
Straw-yellow in colour, the nose reveals notes of tropical fruit accompanied by vegetal and mineral hints that lead to the palate. On the palate, it is rich, characterised by an attack of exquisite sweetness followed by acidity and savouriness in excellent balance.
Suitable throughout the meal, it pairs well with delicate yet aromatic first courses, light meats and fish with aromatic herbs. Perfect with cheeses that are not too mature.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
