Giuseppe Rinaldi's Barolo Tre Tine is made from a blend of Nebbiolo grapes from various historic Langhe crus, grown according to traditional and respectful practices. Harvesting is manual and winemaking takes place in concrete tanks with spontaneous fermentations and long macerations on the skins. The refinement takes place for several years in large oak barrels, followed by a long rest in the bottle, in full respect of the classic style of the cellar.
Ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it is broad and complex, with notes of cherry, plum and small red fruits, accompanied by hints of withered rose, spices, tobacco and light balsamic nuances. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with fine tannins, great freshness and a harmonious taste texture. The ending is long, persistent and very balanced.
Barolo of great tradition and personality, ideal for important occasions and conscious tastings. It pairs perfectly with red meats, braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 16/18°C.
