Giuseppe Rinaldi's Barolo Brunate was born in the historic Cru Brunate, between the municipalities of La Morra and Barolo, from Nebbiolo grapes grown according to traditional practices. The calcareous-clay soils give elegance and finesse. Harvesting is manual and winemaking takes place in concrete tanks with spontaneous fermentations and long macerations on the skins. The aging takes place in large oak barrels for several years, followed by a prolonged rest in the bottle.
Ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose it is complex and refined, with notes of cherry, wilted rose and small red fruits, accompanied by hints of spice, tobacco, licorice and light balsamic nuances. On the palate it is elegant and structured, with fine tannins, great freshness and a long and harmonious finish.
Barolo of great class and longevity, ideal for important occasions. It pairs with red meats, braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 16/18°C.
