Barolo di Bartolo Mascarello fascinates wine lovers all over the world because it has become very rare and has almost disappeared: a rigorous, authentic, complex and deep wine. The grapes used for the production of this legendary label come from only 3 hectares located in the cru of the Langhe, including the vineyards of San Lorenzo, Cannubi and Rocche. The grapes are vinified together in cement tanks and aging takes place for 32 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Able to age for many years, Barolo di Bartolo Mascarello has deep and complex aromatic tones and aromas of ripe fruit, black fruit, spices and withered flowers. The palate is fresh with fine and elegant tannins. It is a bottle recognized among the great classics of the reality of the Langhe, a wine loved by all the great red lovers. Perfect meditation wine, it is also excellent with mature cheeses or with game meat. To fully appreciate its style, this Barolo must be served at a service temperature of 16/18 ºC.
