Production

Amarone Tre Terre is made from Croatina, Nebbiolo, Rondinella, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina Veronese grapes, sourced from vineyards in the municipalities of Negrar, Marano and Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella. Following a manual harvest and alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in Slovenian oak barrels for 8 years.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Red cherries and aromatic herbs take centre stage, and overall it possesses a minerality and objectivity surprising for an Amarone, making it more recognisable as an aristocratic Barolo than as a more powerful Amarone.

Occasion and Pairing

A perfect pairing that goes well with meat dishes, excellent for drinking on special occasions.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16–18°C.
