Production

A wine that preserves the historical heritage and is born from a careful selection of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, followed by their traditional drying in typical fruit drying rooms. Aging in barriques and large barrels then completes the production process, giving the wine great fruitiness and softness.

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it shows a ruby red color with slight garnet reflections, and on the nose, it is rich and pleasant, with aromas of jammy fruit and brandied sour cherries, enhanced by delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is soft, full-bodied, warm, complex, and has just the right freshness.

Occasion and Pairing

A Veneto red to accompany Sunday lunch with friends and family. It pairs well with red meats, roasts, braised dishes, and game.
