This amaro is produced using the ancient Bathtub method, involving a long cold infusion of the finest possible botanicals. Every stage of production is meticulously followed, resulting in a small production volume (around 12,000 bottles across the entire range), yet consistently high quality standards, thanks to which it is enjoying success throughout Europe and beyond Italy. Through the combination of natural infusions, essential oils and macerated wine from Friuli, the Amaro alle Erbe Signorvino is born.
Mahogany in colour, it has a very intense aroma. Notes of dried fruit, liquorice, bitter cocoa and blood orange. On the palate, it is dry, pleasantly bitter and has excellent length.
An amaro that brings Sunday lunch to a splendid close.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
