TASTING NOTES

Production

This amaro is produced using the ancient Bathtub method, involving a long cold infusion of the finest possible botanicals. Through the combination of natural infusions, essential oils and macerated wine from Friuli, the Amaro alle Erbe Signorvino is born.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Mahogany in colour, it has a very intense aroma. Notes of dried fruit, liquorice, bitter cocoa and blood orange. On the palate, it is dry, pleasantly bitter and has excellent length.

Occasion and Pairing

An amaro that brings Sunday lunch to a splendid close.

THE WINERY

Marton

The Marzadro winery was founded in the immediate post-war period and, from the very beginning, was active in the distillation of high-quality grappas and fine liqueurs. The dream and passion of its founder has been handed down from generation to generation, as has knowledge of the territory and all the secrets for the production of Trentino wines of excellence. The distillery itself was built with love and dedication, in total harmony with the surrounding area, and the respect for nature and the landscape can still be recognised today. The winery itself seems suspended in time, as does its production, which still relies on many traditional techniques. With the passing of time, there have been additions with more modern and cutting edge techniques, allowing the winery to keep up with the times while maintaining a strictly historical imprint and great care for the land through organic and sustainable viticulture. Name and address of producer/distributor: Marzadro - via per Brancolino, 10, 38060 Nogaredo (TN). Products from this winery should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
