The historic Monte Grappa distillery in Bassano del Grappa has been producing great spirits since 1957. Thanks to his experience producing and distributing liqueurs and spirits, Roberto has decided to focus on artisanal production following the ancient Bathtub method, i.e. through a long cold infusion of the best possible quality botanicals. Although this method only produces small quantities (about 12,000 bottles in total), it is always of a high quality standard which is reflected in the brand’s success in Italy and all over Europe. Amaro alle Erbe Signorvino is created with a blend of natural infusions, essential oils and macerated Friuli wine. Mahogany colour, with an intense aroma. Notes of dried fruit, liquorice, bitter cocoa and blood orange. The mouthfeel is dry, bitter and very persistent. Amaro is the perfect choice for after Sunday lunch.
