This amaro is produced using the ancient Bathtub method, which involves a long cold infusion of the finest botanicals available. Each step of the production process sees a small quantity made (around 12,000 bottles of the entire range), but always with high-quality standards, contributing to its success across Europe and beyond Italy. The Amaro alle Erbe Signorvino is created through the combination of natural infusions, essential oils, and macerated wine from Friuli.
Mahogany in color, it has a very intense aroma with notes of dried fruit, licorice, bitter cocoa, and blood orange. On the palate, it is dry, pleasantly bitter, and has excellent persistence

To fully appreciate its style, the amaro is generally served cold at a temperature of around 6–10°C.
