Alto Adige Terlaner I Primo Grande Cuvée di Terlano is born from a careful selection of native and international white grapes, mainly Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from high hill vineyards. Harvesting is manual and winemaking takes place separately for steel and partly wood varieties. Intense straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose it is broad and refined, with notes of apple, pear, citrus and white flowers, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs, dried fruit and light mineral nuances. On the palate it is elegant and structured, with great freshness, marked flavour and a long, precise and harmonious finish.
White of great prestige, ideal for important occasions. It pairs with shellfish, noble fish, refined white meats and complex gourmet cuisine dishes.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 10/12°C.
