TASTING NOTES

Production

The grapes are softly pressed, and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine then matures for several months on its lees in stainless steel containers. Nutritional values: E in 100ml: 330 kj/79 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Brilliant straw yellow, this Pinot Grigio offers notes of ripe pear, white pepper, and a hint of sage. Full-bodied and mineral, it features balanced salinity and an unexpected persistence.

A wine with character and versatile pairings: white meats and vegetables, but especially fish and shellfish.
