At the end of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run must is sent for fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine matures for about 6 months in steel on the fine lees.
Like all the wines from this winery, which narrate, through their flavors and aromas, the unique characteristics of these vineyards, the Gewürztraminer from Andriano, with its golden hue, presents the classic aromatic spectrum of the grape variety: yellow rose, ripe peach, pineapple, and lively mineral bursts entice each sip. The sip is structured and warm, yet well supported by sharp freshness and vibrant savoriness. The finish is persistent and very intense.
Perfect with a seafood risotto, but also pairs well with white meat dishes.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8/10°C.
