Like all the wines from this winery, which, through their flavours and aromas, tell the story of the unique characteristics of these vineyards, the golden-hued Gewürztraminer from Andriano displays the classic aromatic profile of the grape variety: yellow rose, ripe peach, pineapple, and lively mineral notes follow one another, inviting you to take a sip. The palate is structured and warm, yet well-supported by a sharp freshness and lively savouriness. The finish is persistent and very intense.
Perfect with a seafood risotto, but also with white meat dishes.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
