From the oldest hand-harvested Pinot Noir vineyards of the estate, For England Rosé is characterized by an elegant pale pink color, achieved through one hour of contact with its skins. After the primary fermentation, the wine is aged until May and then bottled for secondary fermentation on its lees for about 4 years.
Precise and austere, with great power, this Pinot stands out for its surprising minerality. Orange peel, mint, cranberry, and rose petals are just a few of the intriguing aromas that characterize this splendid Alta Langa sparkling wine.
Perfectly paired with dishes featuring fish and shellfish, it is also interesting as an aperitif or to accompany dishes with white and light meats.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 10/12°C.
