TASTING NOTES

Valpollicella Classico di Brigaldara comes from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes harvested in the second half of September fermented exclusively in steel, the aging of the wine will always continue in steel for six months before going into the bottle. The glass shows a brilliant ruby red color of beautiful transparencies, a crisp and fresh nose. The notes of currant and cherry are accompanied by lively peppery notes. The mouthfeel is light and fresh with an attractive and slender drink. To be put on the table to accompany a plate of cold cuts and fresh cheeses taking care to have a second bottle if necessary. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 16/18 ºC.

Supported by significant wine-makers such as Roberto Ferrarini, one of the most important innovators in the history of Amarone, the members of the Cesari family have in fact adopted important innovations for their production facilities and the cellar. Lamberto and Antonio, the current owners, encourage a specialised layout of the vineyards with constant love and passion, based on the varieties best suited to each area of their 120 hectares.
