Tramonti Costa d'Amalfi Getis Bio comes from Tramonti, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, and is made from the indigenous Per’e Palummo and Tintore grapes, sourced from organically farmed vineyards. The vines are trained using the traditional pergola system of Tramonti and grow on clay soils of volcanic origin. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo a short maceration of around 12 hours before fermenting in stainless steel. The wine matures for 4 months in stainless steel and a further 3 months in bottle, preserving its freshness, fragrance and Mediterranean character.
Intense, bright pink in colour, with delicate ruby hues. The nose offers aromas of rose petals, orange and red berries, complemented by elegant Mediterranean and earthy nuances and a subtle citrus note reminiscent of lemon leaf. On the palate, it is fresh, vertical and savoury, with pleasant minerality and a distinctive saline character. The finish is long and persistent, with a refined iodine note that enhances its personality.
An original and highly gastronomic rosé, perfect for a refined aperitif or a summer dinner. Ideal with seafood starters, anchovies, raw fish and seafood dishes, it also pairs beautifully with vegetables, white meat and Neapolitan-style pizza.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 10/12°C.
