Lazio Rosso Aspis Bio is a wine with a brilliant ruby colour that offers notes of cherry, raspberry and wild berries on the nose, whilst on the palate it is fresh and savoury with soft, well-integrated tannins.

Occasion and Pairing

Lazio Rosso Aspis Bio pairs excellently with savoury pasta dishes, grilled white meats, cured meats and semi-mature cheeses, and is also ideal with Mediterranean cuisine based on vegetables and pulses.
