TASTING NOTES

Lambrusco Emiliano Galletto Rosso comes from 70% Lambrusco Salamino and 30% Ancellotta grapes. Typical Lambrusco with a bright purple color, rich in foam and a soft and enveloping bubble. Hints of black berries, blueberry and wild strawberry. Good freshness and very soft finish. Synthesis of well-being and conviviality Galletto Rosso is a perfect wine to drink every day, which gives the best of itself in combination with pasta dishes and Parmesan meats, such as anolini in broth and cup with fried cake. To fully appreciate the style, this Lambrusco should be served at a serving temperature of 12/14 ºC.
