Lambrusco Emiliano Galletto Rosso comes from 70% Lambrusco Salamino and 30% Ancellotta grapes. Typical Lambrusco with a bright purple color, rich in foam and a soft and enveloping bubble. Hints of black berries, blueberry and wild strawberry. Good freshness and very soft finish. Synthesis of well-being and conviviality Galletto Rosso is a perfect wine to drink every day, which gives the best of itself in combination with pasta dishes and Parmesan meats, such as anolini in broth and cup with fried cake.
