In the 4 hectares of property is grown most of the fruit used for production. Herbs that cannot be grown are harvested in the woods, where they grow spontaneously. Capovilla distillates are produced with spontaneous fermentations, mathematical precision distillations, long years of aging in steel, producing grappa of very high calibre. The grappa of Moscato Giallo Capovilla comes from very fresh pomace of Moscato Giallo of the Euganean Hills, here too the selection of the raw material is fundamental. Grappa represents the historic Italian distillate with poor roots, elevated to the maximum. One of the few grappas where the grape variety that generates it comes out clearly. The fruit is sweet, soft and sunny, the sip extremely clean, free from any superstructure. It closes dry leaving a soft, very long echo. Meditation distillate, to enjoy every nuance. To fully appreciate its style, this distillate should be served at a serving temperature of 12/14 ºC.
