Lugana dei Frati Grappa comes from the distillation of the best pomace of Turbiana, the autochthonous vine of Garda by definition, immediately after the fermentation of the grapes. Fresh and fragrant pomace distilled in small copper boilers in a strictly traditional way. The Lugana Grappa will be aged in steel tanks for two years to maintain the elegant aromatic profile as much as possible. Dry as tradition dictates, it smells of flowers and almond and is perfect at the end of a meal, perhaps with dry biscuits and custard. To fully appreciate the style, this grappa should be served at a serving temperature of 12/14 ºC.
