TASTING NOTES

The Chianti Classico of Bucciarelli is produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes all coming from Antico Podere Casanova. The wine ages in casks for 20-24 months, in fact it shows a bright ruby red color, intriguing and fascinating. The nose recalls dark fruit, black cherry and sour cherry, enriched with notes of sweet spices and nuances both mineral and balsamic. Excellent drinkability, full and authentic on the palate, pleasantly fresh, sapid at the right point and with well integrated tannins, with a long and fruity persistence. To drink when you want to rediscover the flavors of the past, along with traditional Tuscan dishes, well accompanied by tagliatelle with Chianina sauce and succulent grilled. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 16/18 ºC.
