The Grand Cru Extra Brut Millésimé Champagne is made from selected grapes from Grand Cru-classified vineyards, primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is produced only in the finest vintages, with separate vinification by plot in stainless steel and, in part, in wood. The second fermentation takes place according to the Méthode Champenoise, with a long ageing on the lees that develops complexity, depth and elegance. The Extra Brut dosage is minimal, to highlight precision and expressive purity.
Bright golden yellow in colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is complex and refined, with notes of ripe citrus, apple, peach and white flowers, accompanied by hints of bread crust, dried fruit and subtle mineral nuances. On the palate, it is structured and vibrant, with great freshness, savouriness and a long, elegant and harmonious finish.
A highly prestigious Champagne, ideal for special occasions and fine dining. It pairs well with shellfish, delicate fish, white meats and delicate yet structured dishes.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
