Louis Roederer’s Champagne Brut Vintage is made from selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the finest vineyards in Champagne. It is produced only in the most favourable vintages, with vinification in steel and partly in wood to enhance complexity and balance. The second fermentation follows the Méthode Champenoise, with a long ageing on the lees that lends elegance, structure and finesse to the perlage.
Bright golden yellow in colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it reveals notes of ripe citrus, peach, apple and white flowers, accompanied by hints of brioche, dried fruit and light toasted nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and creamy, with good structure, balance and a long, harmonious finish.
An elegant and refined Champagne, ideal for special occasions and sophisticated aperitifs. It pairs well with shellfish, fish, white meats and delicate dishes.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
