The care and commitment put into the work result in a limited, almost exclusive production. There are various reasons for this: the most important, without doubt, is to always maintain high quality standards, to produce a skilfully crafted wine that guarantees an excellent taste. In recent years, the Primitivo has also been joined by the monovarietal vinification of another native grape variety of ancient origins, Fiano Minutolo.
