Maison de Champagne Dany Fèvre is a small family-run winery which was founded in 1880 and has consciously converted to biodynamic winemaking out of respect for the environment. Dany Fèvre Champagne Brut Millésimé is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, produced using sustainable methods that respect the terroir. In the glass, it is a luminous straw yellow colour, with fine, plentiful and persistent perlage. The nose expresses delicate aromas of flowers and white fruit blending with notes of crusty bread, yeast and pastries. Fresh, pleasant and very elegant on the palate. Its freshness makes it perfect as both an aperitif and to accompany dishes that are not too structured, for example fish or white meats.
