A name linked to a family history with a long Champenoise tradition, founded in the second half of the 1800s. Winemakers since 1848, the properties are mainly located in the Vallée du Petit Morin and in Côte Des Blancs. Today, the winery is managed by the third generation with Adrien Bergère, the current Chef de Cave, who is developing the brand and increasing the range of Cuvées. Champagne Blanc de Blancs Solèra, created from the Maison’s historic terroirs, reflects the origins and roots of the Bergère family by following winemaking processes that respect nature. In this cuvée, the Chardonnay is expressed in all its aromatic complexity, revealing notes of white fleshy fruit. Vinification involves the use of the Solèra method, e.g. with 50% vintage wines and 50% reserve wines. Partially vinified in barriques, it is bright straw yellow in the glass with very find perlage. Citrus fruits, nectarine and white peach develop on the nose; the palate is lively and fine. This cuvée Soléra, a refined and delicate champagne, will add a touch of happiness to your aperitif and pairs perfectly with fish dishes.
