TASTING NOTES

Production

The Sangiovese harvest is done manually, with a second manual selection of the bunches in the vineyard. The grapes are then destemmed, and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel, driven by indigenous yeasts. The wine then ages for 42 months in oak barrels, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it presents a brilliant ruby red color with intense reflections. The aromas recall citrus and red berries such as cherry, raspberry, and Morello cherry. On the palate, it features soft and silky tannins, accompanied by an intrinsic elegance and a good freshness that invite you to sip glass after glass.

Occasion and Pairing

It is recommended to pair with dishes featuring cuts of red meat typical of Tuscan tradition, either grilled or braised, local game, and first courses with rich sauces.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.
