TASTING NOTES

Production

Signorvino craft beer is produced by Colleverde, a company founded in 2004 by Luigi Rengucci and Francesco Tontini. Located in Ca’ Corsuccio, in a strategic position at the heart of Montefeltro in the Marche region. A deep passion for high-quality farming, the company’s founding principle, is reflected in the production of Marche craft beer under the La Cotta brand. The added value of this brewery lies in its use of entirely natural ingredients, such as barley, malt and spring water, combined with the purity of the Montefeltro air.

Organoleptic Characteristics

La Cotta Brewery’s Sandrina Craft Lager is a top-fermented beer with a cloudy blonde colour, particularly full-bodied and smooth. It has great character despite a moderate alcohol content of just 4.8% ABV. The malt, produced in-house, lends naturalness and harmony in harmony with the local terroir. This is followed by a slight, lingering bitterness resulting from a skilful blend of Bavarian hops.

Occasion and Pairing

Ideal for everyday drinking, it pairs well with local cured meats.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this beer should be served at a temperature of 6–8°C.

Allergens: Glutine

THE WINERY

La Cotta

The Fontanina estate is located in the heart of Valpantena, an area where the Valpolicella DOC is produced, where olive trees, cherry trees and vineyards are part of the landscape heritage. The management of vineyards and wine production are taken care of with authentic peasant passion by Daniele Salvagno who has given new impetus and development to traditional agricultural activity by renewing and expanding the crops, directing them to organic production. A targeted choice, which aims to protect the peculiarities of the different terroirs (soil, altitude, exposure) to produce organic wines rich in personality. Between vines and olive trees, the area currently cultivated with organic farming is equal to 10 hectares of land. Name and address of producer/distributor: Società Agricola La Fontanina - Via G. Marconi 30 - 37023 Grezzana (VR). The products of this cellar should be stored in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
