The Bardolino DOC Chiaretto rosé by the Brutti brothers is a blend of indigenous Veronese grape varieties, Corvina and Rondinella, and must be produced exclusively in the province of Verona. The grapes are hand-harvested, undergo maceration for 8-10 hours, and the resulting must is fermented at a temperature of 18°C to better enhance the aromatic expression. The Chiaretto rests on fine lees for 3 months and is aged in bottle for another two months.
The Bardolino Chiaretto is always a fresh and summery expression of the two main grape varieties from the Veneto region near Lake Garda. The color is rosé with violet reflections, offering aromas of ribes (red currant) and red fruits. The taste is balanced and fresh, with ribes and citrus notes accompanied by a pleasant touch of minerality.
A rosé wine for everyday enjoyment, ideal with white meats, seasonal vegetables, as well as lake fish or fried dishes. Versatile and enjoyable.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
